Mečislovas Ežerskis, who lives in Kelmė, has over 3700 handmade sticks. In 2009 Mečislovas sticks are certified and recognized as a national heritage product. You will not find another such master of sticks in Lithuania. Each stick, according to the master, is unique, and the second ones will neither do not find. The longest stick made by Mečislovas reaches two meters, the shortest - fifteen centimeters. Mečislovas Ežerskis has long been "weaving the idea" to install a museum of sticks. Even without receiving the promised help, he did not die - he sold a one-room apartment on the fifth floor, bought a wooden house and moved into it with all the "hazelnuts", establishing a museum
