Šaukėnai Etnographic Museum was founded in 1999. There is an exposition in the museum, introducing the history of the town and the famous people who lived here. Exhibits works of art by Valerija Zalensiene, interesting folk art exhibits and folk art. There is prepared exposition of farmer's troops. Exhibitions are regularly held at the museum.
